Guest Policies

• Check-in and Check-out Policy

  Check-in: 2:00 PM Check-out: 12:00 Noon

  • Early arrivals and late departures can be arranged, subject to availability

• Child Policy

  • Children 0 - 6 years of age can be accommodated complimentary in the same room without extra bed
  • Children 6 - 12 years of age can be accommodated in the same room without extra bed with an breakfast charges INR 500 + taxes
  • Extra bed, if required will be provided at an additional cost of INR 3000 + taxes per adult

• Pet Policy

  • Pets are not allowed inside the hotel

• Reservation Gaurantee

  • All reservations require credit card guarantee due at time of booking

• Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations made 48 hours or more in advance of arrival will not incur a charge
  • Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance of arrival will result in one-night retention charge
  • No shows will result in one-night retention charge

• Food and Beverage Policy

  • For your safety, security and well-being, we do not permit any outside Food & Beverage and other external services

• Alcohol Policy

  • If you are interested in hosting a post-hospitality event, please coordinate with our catering manager to have the event held in a private function room.
  • Alcohol must be purchased through the hotel and the sale of alcohol is prohibited to minors and people without proper identification

• Visitors Policy

  From 1000 Hrs to 2000 Hrs and government approved ID proof required.

• Safety and Security

  The entire hotel, including all areas accessible to public, is under CCTV surveillance. Security guards patrol the hotel, and emergency plans are in place.
