As a young lad, Keshav Suri, now 33, did not see the virtue in capping his formal education with degrees in law and management from British universities. At 17, after finishing high school, he had decided to deliberately veer away from seeking a degree in hospitality — an expected turn for the scion of The Lalit Suri Hospitality Group — as he wished to break out of a myopic vision of running the industry.
