COVID 19 has adversely impacted the daily wage earners, those below poverty line and the most vulnerable, who are not only fighting the epidemic but also hunger.
The Lalit Suri Hospitality Group has taken the lead in several initiatives to help the nation in this crisis.





SERVING DOCTORS

The Lalit New Delhi is home to more than 200 doctors who have been battling the pandemic at the frontlines.




FOOD DISTRIBUTION

The Group has been at the forefront of providing food supplies to various NGOs. We have donated over 25,000 kg of food supplies and provisions.




MEAL DISTRIBUTION

The Lalit has risen to support the Government’s initiative of feeding the most vulnerable and marginalized sections of the society. Everyday, our kitchens across the network prepare fresh meals for distribution. Since the lockdown started we have fed over 20,000 people via the government shelters.


Shop For Hope;

SOAP FOR HOPE

The Lalit Group has been supporting Diversey's Soap for Hope program to distribute soaps to the communities in need. The Group has provided over 100Kgs of soap from stock for distribution.




MASKS

All our hotels have made thousands of masks using in house linen to be distributed to neighbourhoods surrounding our hotels.




QUEERING QUARANTINE

The team has also planned a series of virtual talks, interactions, and workshops with Nipun Malhotra (founder of Nipman Foundation), Sushant Divgikar (model, actor, drag performer, singer and video jockey)
Deepak Kashyap (Master Trainer and Psychotherapist), Celina Jaitly (model and actress), MX Dhanjay Chauhan (Reformer, Human rights activist and counselor) and Zainab Patel (D&I head at KPMG India and Human rights activist).





FOOD DISTRIBUTION

Under the banner of KSF we have distributed over 5000 kgs of food supplies and provisions to the most vulnerable and ignored section – the transgenders.




MENTAL HEALTH COUNSELLING

The Keshav Suri Foundation has taken the initiative of extending mental health support to people who need help. Our on board counsellors are giving free counselling to help people cope up with the situation.




PPE KITS

The Keshav Suri Foundation has handed 150 Personal Protective Equipments to Ms Tanvi Garg DM New Delhi for medical and health workers.
