Sales & Business Development
- Identify, target, and acquire new MICE clients and accounts.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to grow MICE revenue.
- Prepare and negotiate proposals, contracts, and pricing for MICE events.
- Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs.
Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, event organizers, DMCs, and travel partners.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and site inspections.
- Act as the primary point of contact from lead generation through event execution.
Event Coordination & Execution
- Coordinate closely with operations, banquet, and events teams to ensure seamless delivery of MICE events.
- Ensure client requirements are clearly communicated and executed to satisfaction.
- Handle post-event follow-ups, feedback, and repeat business opportunities.
Market Intelligence & Reporting
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments in the MICE segment.
- Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates for management.
- Maintain accurate records in CRM systems.
Marketing & Promotion
- Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, roadshows, and networking events.
- Collaborate with marketing teams on promotional campaigns and sales collateral for MICE.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 4–7 years of experience in MICE sales, hospitality sales, or corporate event management.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in the MICE segment.
