- Develop and implement strategic sales plans targeting corporate FIT clients
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in corporate travel procurement
- Collaborate with revenue and reservations teams to design attractive rate plans and packages
- Lead negotiations and close corporate FIT contracts and agreements
- Analyze sales metrics and market trends to optimize business performance
- Represent the hotel at trade shows, client meetings, and industry forums
- Work with marketing to enhance brand visibility in the corporate travel segment
- Manage and mentor the corporate FIT sales team
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field
- 15–20 years of experience in hotel sales, with specialization in corporate FIT travel
- Proven track record in securing and retaining high-value corporate clients
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities
- Excellent networking, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Familiarity with hotel PMS and CRM platforms
