Sales Strategy & Business Development
- Develop and implement sales strategies specifically targeting corporate FIT travelers.
- Identify new corporate accounts and expand existing relationships to maximize room nights and revenue.
- Collaborate with revenue management to design competitive pricing and packages for corporate FIT clients.
Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with corporate travel managers, HR departments, and individual business travelers.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with corporate clients to secure preferred partnerships.
- Ensure seamless guest experience for corporate FIT travelers through coordination with operations and front office teams.
Market Intelligence & Reporting
- Monitor competitor activities and industry trends in the corporate travel segment.
- Provide regular reports on sales performance, market share, and revenue forecasts.
- Recommend strategies for promotions, loyalty programs, and corporate tie-ups.
Team Leadership & Training
- Supervise and mentor sales executives handling corporate FIT accounts.
- Conduct training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.
- Motivate the team to achieve individual and collective targets.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with marketing to design campaigns targeting corporate FIT travelers.
- Coordinate with operations to ensure service standards meet corporate client expectations.
- Support in organizing corporate events, roadshows, and networking activities.
Qualifications & Skills
- Graduate degree in Business, Marketing, or Hospitality Management (MBA preferred).
- 12+ years of experience in hotel sales, with at least 2–3 years focused on corporate FIT segment.
- Strong knowledge of corporate travel patterns, policies, and procurement processes.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets in the corporate FIT segment.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office applications.
