The Associate Head of Sales – Corporate FIT will be responsible for driving sales growth in the corporate segment, focusing on Free Independent Travelers (FIT). This role involves developing strategic partnerships, managing key corporate accounts, and ensuring revenue targets are achieved while maintaining The Lalit Mumbai’s brand standards and guest satisfaction.
Sales Strategy & Planning
- Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize revenue from corporate FIT clients.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the corporate client base.
Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, travel agents, and intermediaries.
- Conduct regular client meetings, presentations, and negotiations to secure business.
Revenue & Performance Management
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies to stay competitive.
Team Collaboration
- Work closely with the sales, marketing, and reservations teams to ensure seamless execution of corporate FIT bookings.
- Support junior sales team members with guidance and mentoring.
Reporting & Analysis
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance reviews for senior management.
- Provide insights and recommendations to optimize sales performance.
Qualifications & Skills
- Graduate/Postgraduate degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, or related field.
- 12+ years of experience in sales within the hospitality industry, with a focus on corporate FIT.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing corporate accounts.
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to dynamic market conditions.
