Revenue & Budget Achievement
- Develop and execute cluster sales strategies to achieve room revenue, banquet revenue, and total hotel budget targets.
- Monitor sales performance against monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue budgets.
- Identify new revenue opportunities across corporate, leisure, travel trade, and group segments.
- Work closely with revenue management teams to optimize pricing strategies and maximize occupancy.
Team Leadership & Management
- Lead and manage a large cluster sales team, including RSO Sales Team
- Set clear targets, KPIs, and performance benchmarks for team members.
- Conduct regular performance reviews, sales training, and mentoring programs.
- Foster a high-performance sales culture focused on accountability and results.
Business Development & Key Accounts
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, travel management companies, event planners, and travel agents.
- Acquire and manage key corporate accounts and strategic partnerships.
- Negotiate contracts, preferred rates, and long-term agreements.
MICE & Group Business
- Drive business for meetings, conferences, weddings, and group bookings.
- Collaborate with banquet and operations teams to ensure successful event delivery.
Market Strategy & Competitive Intelligence
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends in the hospitality sector.
- Identify opportunities to grow market share in the Mumbai region.
- Develop tactical campaigns and sales promotions to drive demand during low occupancy periods.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with marketing, digital, revenue management, and hotel operations teams.
- Align sales initiatives with marketing campaigns and brand positioning.
Reporting & Forecasting
- Prepare sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and cluster performance reports.
- Track key sales metrics and ensure accurate CRM management.
- Present regular business reviews to senior management.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or relatedfield
Experience
- 15–20 years of hospitality sales experience
- Minimum 3+ years in senior sales leadership or cluster role
- Proven track record of achieving hotel revenue budgets and managing large sales teams
