- Oversees daily operations of restaurants, bars, banquets, and room service to maximize profitability and ensure high-quality guest service
- Create and manage budgets, optimize inventory levels, and reduce waste to meet revenue goals.
- Event planning & co-ordinations.
- Resolve complaints, monitor customer feedback, and enhance service quality.
- Train, schedule, and supervise staff, ensuring high service standards.

Qualification: BHM/Diploma in Hotel & Hospitality
