The experience includes detailed wellness and therapeutic consultations, therapies, nutritious meals customized as per your prakruthi, calming yoga and meditation sessions, and cultural experiences. All this, in the gorgeous surroundings of Nombili backwaters and Arabian Sea make you energized and healed.

3. Review Assessment
Ayurveda balances all doshas, which heals your problems within the body. But this is possible only if you are stick to the Ayurvedic path after completing the Rejuve experience. After the completion, you can continue your journey with our team of doctors to help you on your path to wellness. Our course aims to provide the knowledge and support they need to continue their Ayurvedic journey for the rest of their life.

Diet and Medications
To balance the doshas, food and taste are essential. The levels of various energies in the human body can be increased or decreased by specific foods and the tastes that go along with them. The amount of sweet, salty, sour, or pungent (Six tastes) foods that a person consumes depends greatly on their unique constitution and how effectively their body balances out. Ayurveda also says how important it is to eat at the same time every day in a quiet place free from distractions so that one can fully enjoy the experience of eating.
