- Ensure effective implementation of the sales and marketing plan.
- Ensure the sales and marketing team reports the effectiveness of the marketing and sales plan.
- Ensure implementation of the action plan to achieve the objectives of the revenue generation.
- Develop and achieve the annual revenue plan , Marketing Budget and forecasts.
- Ensure extend a professional support service to the General Manager to achieve the maximum revenue.
- Identify the right methods to increase business volume.
- Ensure proper implementation of organization strategy for advertising, sales promotion, personal selling, publicity, community relations, special sales projects, etc.
- Implement special programs for increase average room rate, overall occupancy, business volume during off-peak periods, local Food & Beverage and Banquet Sales.
- Ensure periodic reviews conducted for all the Sales and Marketing personnel to ensure targets and Sales objectives are achieved.
- Conduct Market research and develop new marketing strategies and new products and services to achieve the maximum revenue according to the recommendations from the market research.
- Ensure review all the Public Relation activities to ensure high awareness of the hotel in the national and international media.
Job Specifications (Skills Required):
- Responsible for managing and implementation of an effective Sales & Marketing Management strategy for the unit/hotel/property.
- Ensure implement standard operating procedures to improve the process & performance.
- Responsible for planning and development the marketing plan and promotional strategies for increase the sales and revenue.
Required Qualification: MBA in Sales/Marketing
