Keshav Suri, holds double master’s degree from the United Kingdom - in International Management from Kings College London and Law from School of African & Oriental Studies. He is actively involved in all aspects of the Management and Operations of the Company, with a special focus on Brand Management, Marketing and Strategy. He brings to the table a fresh perspective, which his international studies and travels have exposed him to.

Deeksha Suri infuses a fresh perspective to the Group's core management team. A post graduate in Business Management from the London School of Economics, she co-ordinates all corporate activities & is also actively involved in directing the Group's Human Resource division and channelising individual strengths into a unified corporate direction.

A commerce graduate from Sriram College of Commerce, Delhi University. Divya Suri further went on to peruse  her LLB from Kings College, London in 1998. Soon after, she started practicing in both High Court and Supreme Court. She is currently a member of Delhi High Court Bar Association. Divya Suri is handling the legal affairs of the Bharat Hotels limited.

A fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, Mr Sachdev has been with Bharat Hotels since the company’s inception in 1981 - responsible for all finance matters and company affairs. Besides being a brilliant financial strategist, he also has a unique and keen understanding of all aspects of the hotel industry and plays a stellar role in major policy decisions in the Company.

Madhav Sikka oversees the finance and operating systems of the Group and is based in Delhi. He joined the Company in 2007 and plays a stellar role in finance management, strategy and is also involved with all major policy framing and management decisions for the company. Previously he has had over 21 years of experience in the field of finance and information technology with large multinationals based in India.

Fellow member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India, he also holds a degree in Law. Mr Vijay K Verma has been associated with Bharat Hotels since 1989 and his present responsibilities include all legal and general administrative matters along with setting up new projects.
