Check in and check out time
Our check-in time is 1400 hours and check-out time is 1200 noon. However, should there be an early arrival or a late departure, you will like us to allocate the rooms upon arrival of the delegates, we will provide the accommodation, subject to availability, based on the following terms and conditions:
a) Early arrival before 1000 hours or a late departure beyond 1300 hours will be charged additionally @ 50% of the above-mentioned rates.
b) Early arrival before 0700 hours or a late departure after 1700 hours will be charged additionally @ 100% of the above-mentioned rates.

Child policy

Children under 6 years may be accommodated in the same room as parents at no extra cost. A meal supplement of Rs.1000/- per night per child would be applicable for children between 6 and 12 years old without an extra bed. If an extra bed is required, the same would be provided at an additional cost. Anyone above 12 years of age will be considered as an adult.

Reservation

All bookings require a valid credit card to guarantee the reservation.

Cancellation Policy

All Cancellations made after 1800 hours within 72 hours of arrival will result in one night retention charge. Please check the rate policies at the time of booking as some room rates may have non-cancellation / non-refundable clause.
