Assistant Manager- Spa
Key Responsibilities

• Supervise all Spa Reception services and make sure that all services are carried out with utmost efficiency and customer service.
• Report all guest complaints, compliments and suggestions immediately to management.
• Inspect the Spa public Spaces on an hourly basis and report findings in the logbook.
• Identifying causes for dissatisfaction, if any, among the clients and taking necessary steps to overcome and to avoid them in future the same.
• Develop team spirit by taking an active interest in the welfare, safety and development of all Spa employees.
• Train employees to have the necessary skills to perform their duties and thus increase efficiency.
• Generate new clientele through promoting products, referral and guest services programs.

Experience :Hotel Management Graduate with professional certification in Spa.

Desired Qualification : 6- 7 years of work experience preferably in a five star deluxe category.
